SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the Netherlands. There are no hidden processing fees at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Total delivery time: You can typically expect your package within 4–7 business days.

Do you ship outside the Netherlands?

At this time, we focus on providing the best possible service to customers within the Netherlands. Please check our Shipping Policy for updates regarding international shipping.

Can I change my shipping address?

You may request an address change within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, we are unable to redirect the package.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex, and UnionPay), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return period. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Simply email support@amsterdamismystyle.shop with your order number. We will provide a return label and instructions for sending your package back.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Defective or incorrect items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Change of mind: If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note: We do not charge any restocking fees.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, it must be handled as a return.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 business days at support@amsterdamismystyle.shop and include a photo of the damage. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
